Frame building

At the moment we are building new Seeley Mark III frames, it is a fairly long process which takes lots of preparation. First the aircraft tubing is cut to the right lengths and bent into the shape using an electric tube bending machine and wooden patterns to ensure that the tubing is bent to exactly the right shape. Then the frame tubing is assembled in a metal framework which guarantees that all the pieces stay in place during welding.
